Wild Chow Wings
Absolutely delicious wings, exceeded all expectations! Perfect mix of heat and savory flavors. 10/10 recommend this place to everyone, also had the Yuzu Blackberry margarita. (One of the best margaritas that I have ever tasted.
Dan Dan Noodles
One of my favorite dishes in Baton Rouge!! I can't come to chow yum without having a bite. It's perfectly spicy while keeping flavor at the front of the dish. A must get!
Hot Honey Bao
Do I eat these because they are on the happy hour discount menu? No. Do I eat these because I love the alliteration of "hot honey"? No. I eat these because the crunch of the fried chicken combined with the velvety softness of the bao bun provides such a texture difference that it would make sandpaper swoon. The spicy sweetness of the chicken is cut with pickled red onions. There is also a perfect swipe of house-made Boursin cheese, a handful of "crack crunch" (nuts, spices, and magic), plus the right number of scallions. Do I count the scallions every time? Yes. Should I admit this dish is my obsession? No.
Soft Shell Crab Bao
This bao is like my perfect bite. The soft shell crab is perfectly seasoned, hot, and crispy. The bao buns are soft and pillowy. The slaw is bright and perfectly balances the other flavors. And who doesn't love cilantro (except for those weirdos with the soap gene)? Chow Yum crushes it every time.
Hot Honey Wings
We were told to come here just for the wings and they did not disappoint! We loved every small plate we ate and the cocktails were delicious too! 10/10 will come again.
Rib Stack
Ribs were tender and had so much meat on them. The plate itself was a very good portion size for the price and filled me up. The sauce on the ribs was to die for. My favorite dish I've tried so far and would highly recommend to anyone

if you're not a texture person, this is the most perfect dish to try! it's savory, spicy, cheesy, and the fried egg ties it all together for the most comforting, delicious meal!
